QRCA Trees

The Common Area trees at the entrances, roadways and sidewalks of Quarry Ridge have all been trimmed and pruned.  Several dead trees were also removed.
Services were performed by HEGARTY TREE SERVICE 484-883-1915 of Downingtown, PA 19335.
2017 Plan in Place

The 2016 Annual Membership Meeting was held 11/29/2016 at the Coatesville Moose.   The meeting was fun and spirited and most importantly it was OVER by 8:00 p.m.  
A new budget was approved.   The current Board was retained.   Funding was approved for tree maintenance throughout the common areas and also for new signage at both the Old Wilmington and Quarry Road entrances.
2017 Discount for Assessments paid in full by 1/15/17:  $245.00 will pay 2017 in full with no additional payment due until 2018!  Take advantage of this opportunity using the PAYPAL link above (Fees and Assessments) or mail a check to QRCA PO BOX 237 Sadsbsuryville, PA 19369.

2017 Monthly Assessments for ALL homes in Quarry Ridge are $40.00 per month.   Past due accounts are assessed a monthly Administrative Fee of $7.50 and accrue interest at an annual rate of 15%.

Re-Sale Certificates
All home transfers require a ReSale Certification, also known as a 5407 Certification.  Certificates should be requested as soon as an Agreement of Sale is signed by both the buyer and seller.
