2015 Annual Membership Meeting

The 2015 Annual Membership Meeting is scheduled for November 16, 2015 at the Coatesville Moose, 1200 Airport Road, Coatesville, PA 19320 at 7:00 p.m.   If you haven’t been to a QRCA meeting in a few years, please consider coming to this one.   We offer refreshments, snacks and a cash bar is available for any members that are interested.  The three most important parts of this meeting are to 1) meet your neighbors; 2) approve the budget and 3) elect the 2016 QRCA Board of Directors.
2016 Election

The 2016 QRCA Election will also occur at the Annual Meeting.  Three officers are up for retention and all will serve another term if elected at the meeting.  Members not attending the meeting should be sure to mail the Proxy Card that will be delivered with the full agenda and proposed budget in the next week.
2016 Proposed Budget

The 2016 Proposed Budget is now published.   If approved, homeowners will have the option of paying the entire 2016 year in full for $150.00 if paid by January 1, 2016.  Members who prefer the monthly installment plan will pay $30.00 per month and their payments are due on the first day of each month.  
The online payments by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Discovercard were a big success in 2015, so please consider the convenience of paying your assessment(s) online at www.Quarryridge.org/payment.php.
A detailed copy of the Proposed Budget will be delivered to homes the week of October 15, 2015.

Online Payments
Monthly Assessments for ALL homes in Quarry Ridge are $30.00 per month.   Past due accounts are assessed a monthly Administrative Fee of $7.50 and past due amounts accrue interest at an annual rate of 15%.
If you are behind in your assessments and would like to set up a payment plan, send an e-mail request to QRCA@qrweb.org and be sure to include your name, contact information and address.

All substantial changes to your property require HOA approval and/or Township Permits

Re-Sale Certificates
All home transfers require a ReSale Certification, also known as a 5407 Certification.  Certificates should be requested as soon as an Agreement of Sale is signed by both the buyer and seller.
