The 2016 Annual Membership Meeting was held 11/29/2016 at the Coatesville Moose.   The meeting was fun and spirited and most importantly it was OVER by 8:00 p.m.  
Thank you to the many members who prepaid their 2017 assessment for the full year.  That program saves money for both the members and the Homeowners' Association by reducing transaction and processing costs!
Members who did not prepay are welcome to pay monthly or setup automatic monthly payments by visiting our online payments page or mailing checks to QRCA Payments, PO Box 237, Sadsburyville, PA 19369-0237.

Click HERE to go to ONLINE PAYMENTS - 2017 Monthly Assessments for ALL homes in Quarry Ridge are $40.00 per month, due on the 1st day of each month. Past due accounts are assessed a monthly Billing and Administrative Fee of $7.50 and accrue interest at an annual rate of 15%.  
Accounts referred for collection are also subject to attorney fees and costs that can easily double or triple the amount you owe.   Homeowners Association fees are a lien that run with the property.   That means you will not be able to sell, transfer or refinance your property without paying all fees owed to the Homeowner Association.
If you are behind in your assessments and would like to set up a payment plan, send an e-mail request to QRCA@qrweb.org and be sure to include your name, contact information and address.

All substantial changes to your property require HOA approval and/or Township Permits

Re-Sale Certificates
All home transfers require a ReSale Certification, also known as a 5407 Certification.  Certificates should be requested as soon as an Agreement of Sale is signed by both the buyer and seller.
