Open Space Committee

In 2024 QRCA formed an "Open Space Committee" tasked to review and suggest improvements and changes to the common elements of Quarry Ridge.   The common elements consist of:  Gazebo Area, Tot Lot, Front and Rear Entrances.

 

 

The Committee is chaired by Cathy DeLia, and its members are:  Kathy Taylor, Bill Jones, Samantha Galarza, Samantha Cedeno, Corrie Ortega, Kate McMahon, Stacy Kemme, Sarah Rae, Cindy Reinhard and Joe Catanese.  Per QRCA bylaws, each house is represented by only 1 person and the committee appreciates contributions of John Taylor and  Gary Molineaux, also participate on the committee.

 

Recommendations of the committee will be submitted to the Board for consideration.   Most types of renovation, other than "like-for-like" updates will be submitted to the entire QRCA Community for input.

** 8/21/2024:   The Open Space Committee recommends Board Approval of the following contracts:

3.  Power washing of gazebo and bench areas
