2016 Annual Meeting

BUDGET, ASSESSMENTS & ELECTION: All officers were re-elected and the 2016 Annual Budget was approved. Monthly assessments are $30.00 per month. For payments not received by the 15th of each month, late fees are $7.50/month plus interest 15% per year. While we're on the subject, why not jump over to the QRCA online payment page and pay your assessment via credit card or PayPal!
OTHER REPORTS AND DISCUSSION TOPICS:
- Collections & Compliance. QRCA has retained a law firm specializing in Homeowners' Associations to represent the community in issues of compliance and collection of assessments.
- Traffic Control. Traffic is too fast through the neighborhood. QRCA is proposing speed humps and more strict traffic enforcement in the community. Remember: The speed limit in Quarry Ridge is 25 m.p.h. 24 hours per day!
- Capital Improvements. In the coming year, proposals for capital improvements to the signage and common elements will be developed.
- Landscaping. The QRCA landscaping contract with Collins Landscaping has been extended until 12/31/2016. Collins also offers special pricing for residents of Quarry Ridge who wish to hire them for their property!
