The 2017 Budget was passed on 11/29/16 including funds for maintenance of trees throughout the common area and new signs for both entrances (Old Wilmington Road and Quarry Road).

 

The current Board of Directors was also retained.  For another year.

 

The 2017 Annual Prepaid Assessment will be $245.00 for all homes paid by 1/2/2017.  Again, there is no extra charge for paying via PayPal or mailing payment to QRCA, PO Box 237, Sadsburyville, PA 19369.  Due to the limited interest and high cost of processing, the monthly assessments were increased to $40/month.
