Assessments

Welcome to the Quarry Ridge Community Association ONLINE PAYMENTS page.   
 
After entering your lot number, you will advance to a confirmation screen.  If your payment information is correct, click on the "PayPal" icon.  At the next screen you will choose EITHER to "Pay with Paypal" OR to "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".   Complete the next screen(s) to complete your payment.    If you do not receive a confirmation, your payment did not go through so please repeat the payment process or contact us a QRCA@qrweb.org for assistance.  If you prefer, mail your check payable to QRCA Payments, PO Box 237, Sadsburyville, PA 19369-0237.
 
YOUR PAYMENT IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL IT IS RECEIVED BY QUARRY RIDGE HOA.  YOU WILL  RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF YOUR SUBMISSION.

1. 2024 monthly Assessment - $ 40.00
The QRCA monthly assessment for 2024 is $40.00 per month due on the 1st day of each month.   Installments not received by the 15th day of each month are subject to a billing & administrative fee of $7.50/month plus interest at 15% APR.  Your online payment is not complete unless you receive an e-mail confirmation from PayPal with a transaction confirmation number.   (NOTE:  Monthly payments are subject to a $3.00 online transaction fee). 
 
 
2. 2024 Automatic Monthly Installments - $ 40.00
Choose this option to schedule automatic monthly payments of $40.00 each.  The transaction fee is waived for accounts set up for automatic monthly installments.  JANUARY and FEBRUARY are due NOW.
3. 5407 Certification Request - Electronic - $ 100.00
Choose this option to Request an Electronic Resale Certificate.   Forward a copy of your e-mail confirmation with the online 5407 Request Form to complete the request.
4. Assessments - Custom Installment Payments - Amount $
Choose this option to make a single payment toward your outstanding assessment balance.
