About Us

Quarry Ridge Community Association, Inc.

Quarry Ridge is a Residential Community located in Sadsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States of America.  The development consists of 156 Single Family homes as defined in the Pennsylvania Uniform Planned Community Act of Title 68 of the Pennsylvania Statutes.

As a condition or owning a home and/or residing in a Planned Community, every owner is a member of the Community Homeowners' Association.  Every owner and resident is bound to the Declarations, Covenants and Easements of the Community as defined in the corporate documents and enforced through the Board of Directors of the Association.  Every unit owner is responsible for an equal portion of expenses related to the ownership, management, administration or regulation of the development and the common elements containd therein, called an "Assessment" as set forth in the Annual Budget.

The Association holds an Annual Meeting open to all members, usually in November.   All members in good standing (assessments paid, no violations) may attend and vote at the meeting.   The two most important events of the meeting are electing Board Members and approving the budget for the next fiscal year that begins on January 1.

In short, when you live in Quarry Ridge, you are a "member" of Quarry Ridge Community Association, and a "citizen" of Sadsbury Township, Chester County and of course the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
